Ideal glass: Coupe

Serves: 2

• 1.5 oz    Vodka

• .25 oz    Orange Curacao

• .25 oz    Villon Liqueur

• 1 oz        Irish Cream Liqueur

• .5 oz      BroVo Chocolate Liqueur

• .5 oz      Chocolate Syrup

 

Shake, then strain into coupe pre-drizzled with chocolate sauce. Garnish with dried orange wheel.​

Ideal Glass: Martini

• 1.5 oz     Gin

• .25 oz    Orange Curacao

• 1 BS       Ancho Reyes Verde

• 1 BS       Jammy Vermouth

• .25 oz    Lemon juice

• .25 oz    Honey Simple

• 1 oz        Egg White

• .5 oz       Grenadine

• Splash  Ginger ale

• 1 BS     Bordeaux Cherry juice​

​​​Shake, then strain into martini glass rimmed with hibiscus rose sugar, sink grenadine, add splash of ginger ale, apply droplets of Bordeaux juice, and top with mint leaf.

Ideal Glass: Rocks

• 2 oz           Rye Whiskey

• .75 oz        Lucky Falernum

• .5 oz          Lemon juice

• .25 oz        Thyme syrup   

• .5 oz          Simple Syrup

• 3 dashes  Orange Bitters

Shake, then pour into rocks glass over large cube.​

Ideal Glass: Tulip

• 2 oz          Bourbon

• 4 oz          Blackberries

• 4 oz          Mint Leaves

• .75 oz       Lemon juice 

• 1 oz          Simple syrup

• Splash    Soda Water

Muddle blackberries, mint, and bourbon in shaker, then add lemon and simple syrup. Shake, then strain into tulip glass over ice, fill with soda water, and garnish with blackberry and mint sprig.

Ideal Glass: Stemmed Rocks Glass

• 1.5 oz       3 Howls Remedy Liqueur

• .5 oz         Ginger Liqueur

• 1 oz           Lime juice

• .5 oz         Simple Syrup 

• Ginger Beer

• Dried Lemon Wheel

Build in glass starting with the ginger liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice. Then add ice, ginger beer, and top off with Remedy Liqueur. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

• 1.5 oz       3 Howls Blood Orange Vodka

• .5 oz         Simple Syrup

• .5 oz         Lemon Juice 

• 3 dash     Orange Bitters

• Bordeaux Cherry

Shake all then strain into martini glass. Drop unstemmed cherry into bottom.

Ideal Glass: Wine Goblet

• .75 oz       3 Howls 10yr Bourbon

• .75 oz       Fresh Orange Juice

• .75 oz       Raspberry Liqueur

• .75 oz       Sweet Vermouth 

• Dried Orange Wheel

Shake all then double strain into wine goblet. Garnish with dried orange wheel.

Ideal Glass: Rocks

• 2 oz          3 Howls Backbeat Bourbon

• BS            Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup

• 2 dash     Cardamom Bitters

• Dried Apple Wheel

• Toasted Cinnamon

Stir all in mixer glass, then julep strain into rocks glass over big cube. Dust cinnamon on apple and garnish the drink with the apple wheel. Smoke drink in glass.

Ideal Glass: Mug

• .75 oz       Lemon Juice

• .5 oz         Honey

• 1 oz           Remedy Liqueur 

• 1 bag         Peppermint Tea

• Hot Water

• Lemon Wedge

• Mint

Add all to mug, garnish with lemon wedge.
